Truemont Materials: Our Story

The Southeast has experienced rapid growth and the labor shortages that go along with it. Truemont Materials’ products satisfy the need for quality wall, hardscape, and infrastructure products that look great and are simple to design with and install.

Truemont Materials comes from the craftsmen that invented Redi-Rock, Novum Wall, and Pole Base. Manufacturing wet cast concrete products since 2000, the Manthei family has a proven track record in concrete production and innovation, as well as supporting a world-wide network of more than 150 licensed manufacturers who have taken on the Redi-Rock, Novum Wall, and Pole Base product lines under the umbrella of Aster Brands.

From our experience in supporting manufacturers around the globe, the Manthei family saw an opportunity to support the booming Florida and Georgia construction industry with these products and more.

Why are these brands needed here? In Florida and Georgia specifically, natural stone and dry cast hardscapes products have been the norm for years. But as labor struggles to keep up with the pace of growth – project owners' demands have increased. Meet the challenges of growing demand and higher expectations with our suite suite of solutions.

• Redi-Rock provides proven retaining wall and sea wall solutions for larger structural needs and robust engineering resources to back them up. The straightforward installation is often compared to installing giant Lego blocks to create aesthetic solutions that will stand the test of time.
• Novum Wall is an innovative machine-set retaining wall solution ideal for residential and commercial walls up to 6 ft. It's more efficient to install, more durable, and more natural-looking than dry cast segmental retaining wall (SRW) blocks.
• Pole Base precast site lighting foundations are incredibly efficient to install and manufactured to spec for each project, offering a reliable, great-looking way for contractors to speed up construction.
